Residential Life Mentor

The Residential Life Mentor (RM) understands that the student experience is a complex reality involving both a challenging academic curriculum and engaging co-curricular activities.  It is also an opportunity for each student to immerse themselves in their communities, to serve those around them, and be expected to be involved in extracurricular activities.  The Residential Life Mentor (RM) provides support, planning & organization of activities and operations of the residence center to enhance the student life experience.

Coaching position

Junior High Head Football Coach
Start Date: ASAP in preparation for 2024 season

Applicants should possess a positive attitude, a passion for working with young athletes, and a combination of previous coaching or playing experience. Review of candidates will begin immediately and continue until a successful candidate is chosen.

Custodian

The custodial staff are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of Cotter buildings and grounds year-round. 

We are currently hiring for a full-time (Monday-Friday) 2nd Shift Custodian and part-time Custodian. We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience. Full-time positions are benefit eligible (Health Insurance, Dental, Disability, 403b
Contribution, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays and Vacation Leave).

The Lead Teacher in the Children’s House (3-6) Montessori classroom or Toddler Community (16mo - 3 years) works collaboratively with an Assistant Teacher and a small staff of assistant teachers and aides to oversee and execute all aspects of a high fidelity year-round Montessori learning environment.
