Residential Life Mentor
The Residential Life Mentor (RM) understands that the student experience is a complex reality involving both a challenging academic curriculum and engaging co-curricular activities. It is also an opportunity for each student to immerse themselves in their communities, to serve those around them, and be expected to be involved in extracurricular activities. The Residential Life Mentor (RM) provides support, planning & organization of activities and operations of the residence center to enhance the student life experience.
This position is for the 2024-25 school year.
Teaching positions
Cotter Schools is seeking teachers for the 2024-2025 school year. Competitive pay and benefits available. Current MN teaching license required or equivalent training and experience. Kitchen Staff
Cotter Schools is seeking Kitchen Staff to ensure that our students receive highest quality meal service experience. Kitchen staff are responsible for keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean, organized and running efficiently.
- 4 hour shift (10am-2pm) School days only
- 4 hour shift weekdays (school year and summer) + 8 hours every other weekend

Information Technology Specialist
Cotter Schools is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to be responsible for planning, implementing, supporting, updating, monitoring, changing, and protecting Cotter’s information systems, databases, and network applications to provide a stable and secure environment for Cotter’s buildings and classrooms.
Coaching position
Junior High Head Football Coach
Start Date: ASAP in preparation for 2024 season

Custodian
The custodial staff are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of Cotter buildings and grounds year-round.
We are currently hiring for a full-time (Monday-Friday) 2nd Shift Custodian and part-time Custodian. We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience. Full-time positions are benefit eligible (Health Insurance, Dental, Disability, 403b

montessori teachers
The Lead Teacher in the Children’s House (3-6) Montessori classroom or Toddler Community (16mo - 3 years) works collaboratively with an Assistant Teacher and a small staff of assistant teachers and aides to oversee and execute all aspects of a high fidelity year-round Montessori learning environment.
