COTTER SCHOOLS
September 18, 2020
"I urge you to live in a manner worthy of the call you have received, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another through love, striving to preserve the unity of the spirit through the bond of peace; one body and one Spirit ... one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."
(Ephesians 4: 4-6)
Sister Judy led our high school students in a virtual prayer gathering this week. She encouraged them, and all of us, to be mindful of others before we think of ourselves. During these challenging days, we are called to find ways that we can be more supportive of each other. We want the best for each other. We need each other. Together, we can do this!
Grateful for the Spirit's presence in our lives, let us pray for the grace to think of others and reach out on a daily basis to meet others' needs.
St. Joseph, patron of Cotter Schools - pray for us.
Live, Jesus, in our hearts - forever.
Blessings on your day!
