Office of Mission Advancement

December 4, 2017

Greetings, Cotter community!

"The favors of the Lord are not exhausted, his mercies are not spent; they are renewed each morning,

so great is his faithfulness.

My portion is the Lord, says my soul;

therefore will I hope in him.

Good is the Lord to the one who waits for him,

to the soul that seeks him;

It is good to hope in silence for the saving help of the Lord."

(Lamentations 3: 22-26)

Advent is upon us - the season of preparation, waiting and hope! During Advent, we intentionally recall that "Emmanuel" means "God-with-us." Today. Tomorrow. Always.

Our students and teachers are nearing the end of first semester and feeling the pressures of their studies. Join with us in praying for them - that they can be reminded that God is with them always!

"O come, O come Emmanuel . . . "

St. Joseph, patron of Cotter Schools - pray for us.

Live, Jesus, in our hearts - forever.

Blessings on your day!
