Erica earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MBA from the University of Minnesota. She has worked at WNB Financial for over 20 years and is currently the Bank's Chief Operating Officer. 

Erica and her husband Mitch live in Winona with their 2 children Jack and Elle.
