Mrs. Mary Eileen (Costello '95) Fitch is the President of Cotter Schools. Mary Eileen received her BA in Philosophy and Political Science from St. Norbert College, and her MA in Instruction, K-12 Principal License, and Ed.S. degrees from St. Mary’s University. She previously served as Vice-Principal for Curriculum and Instruction, Principal, and Vice-President for Academics. She has over 20 years of classroom instruction, teacher development, and administrative experience working in both public and private schools at the middle and high school levels. She has extensive knowledge and training in Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, Professional Learning Communities, Project-based Learning, and Standards-based Instruction. Mary Eileen is thrilled to be working at Cotter, a place where the students, faculty and staff truly care about each other and strive to improve themselves and the lives of those around them on a daily basis.

Mary Eileen and her husband, Dan, have three children. Lucy, Emmett and Patrick.
