high school principal

The High School Principal oversees the daily activities and operations of Cotter High School. This position serves the mission of Cotter Schools by being primarily responsible for instructional programming, supervising academic staff, and overseeing school functions in order to ensure an excellent educational experience to all students. The principal serves as a primary religious leader of the school.

Residential Life Mentor

The Residential Life Mentor (RM) understands that the boarding student experience is a complex reality involving both a challenging academic curriculum and engaging co-curricular activities. The Residential Life Mentor (RM) provides support, planning & organization of activities and operations of the residence center to enhance the student life experience.

Varsity Defensive Coordinator

Start Date: ASAP in preparation for 2025 season

Applicants should possess a positive attitude, a passion for working with young athletes, and previous coaching experience. Previous play calling responsibility is a plus. Review of candidates will begin immediately and continue until a successful candidate is chosen. Email coachksieben@cotterschools.org if interested.

Cotter dining staff

The Cotter Kitchen Staff ensure the highest quality meal service experience for our students and staff. Kitchen staff are responsible for keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean, organized and running efficiently.

Shifts include:

  • M-F, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM during the school year with possible summer opportunities. 
  • Part-Time Weekend
