Cotter Schools is seeking a qualified Junior High School Science Teacher whose role is to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. custodian

The custodial staff are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of all Cotter buildings and grounds. They help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment through regular custodial care across the Cotter Campus.

Multiple positions available:

  • Full-time 2nd shift

Associate Activities Director

The Associate Activities Director of Cotter Schools provides support to the Activities Director for the direction, coordination, and continuous improvement of all activity programs (E-12), while promoting student growth, program excellence, and alignment with the mission of the school.

Assistant director of dance

The Assistant Director of Dance is primarily an instructional position, with additional duties in program support and development. This role works with the Director of Dance and the Managing Director to support the strategic direction, mission, and goals of the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts.  This in-person position regularly has direct contact with students, families, and faculty members. A majority of the hours for this position are afternoons, evenings and weekends with an average of 25-30 hours weekly (more during productions).

Residential Life Mentor (RM)

The Residential Life Mentor (RM) understands that the student experience is a complex reality involving both a challenging academic curriculum and engaging co-curricular activities. It is also an opportunity for each student to immerse themselves in their communities, to serve those around them, and be expected to be involved in extracurricular activities. The Residential Life Mentor (RM) provides support, planning & organization of activities and operations of the residence center to enhance the student life experience.
