The Cotter Fund

The Catholic learning community at Cotter Schools continues to grow!

This fall, following the completion of the new early childhood education center, St. Nicholas Hall, Cotter Schools is offering Catholic education for all students on one beautiful campus.  With the addition of infant care, Cotter Schools now serves students aged 6 weeks through 12th grade.  Since the last school year, the overall student population at Cotter Schools has grown by 10% and has increased by 62% over the last decade.

Cotter students have achieved remarkable success in co-curricular activities over the past year. Notable accomplishments include the girls' track and field team winning a state championship, the boys' team securing second place, the boys' and girls' cross-country teams placing second and third in the state, respectively, and the boys’ tennis team claiming the state consolation title. The marching band earned first place in the state championship for the second year in a row, a student on the speech team was state champion in the drama category for the second consecutive year, while the engineering machine design challenge team was crowned grand champion at the tri-state championship.

Cotter students are also excelling in the classroom. Our teachers have undergone specialized training for the new Believe and Read Program, now implemented in all Kindergarten through 2nd grade classrooms. This proven program fosters future success in reading and writing, benefiting every student—from those who need extra support to high achievers. Middle and high school students also have access to new courses in engineering, including computer science, robotics, and industrial mechatronics, along with offerings in business and health care. Additionally, more college credits are now available to Cotter students than ever before.

Did you know that tuition at Cotter Schools only accounts for about 30% of the cost to educate a student?  We need your help to ensure that Cotter continues to provide high-quality academic and co-curricular programming and is accessible to every family that is seeking a Catholic education.

A Cotter education not only provides the foundation for future success, but also prepares our youth to build a better world.  Thank you for partnering with us in our mission to challenge students to achieve their full potential and use their lives in service of others.
