End-of-Year Hub

As the school year comes to a close, we are excited to celebrate the many accomplishments, memories, and milestones of our students. Our End-of-Year Hub is your place to find important dates, schedules, and celebration details as we wrap up another wonderful year at Cotter Schools.

ECE-Grade 6 Family Picnic

Join us as we celebrate the final day of school together with a family picnic on Friday, May 22. Following the picnic, students may either go home with their families or stay to use our After Care or EduCare programs.

Important Details:

  • Bring a blanket or chairs to sit on for lunch.
  • Students and families will need to bring a cold lunch (no school lunch available)

St. Nicholas Hall 

  • Early Release at 10:45 (Rain or Shine)
  • Parents, please come in and pick up your student and head to the baseball field behind St. Luke Hall for a fun and relaxing picnic with our school community.
  • Please let us know your plans for after the picnic. Complete this short form.

St. Luke Hall

  • Early Release at 11:00 AM (Rain or Shine)
  • Meet your student at the location listed below and then head to the baseball field behind St. Luke Hall for a fun and relaxing picnic with our school community.
    • K–2 pick-up: staff/faculty parking lot side

    • Grades 3–6 pick-up: playground side (back of building)

  • Please let us know your plans for after the picnic. Complete this short form.

Junior High Students

Families are invited to join us for the Junior High Celebration Day on Thursday, May 21, featuring Mass, Awards, and the 8th Grade Bridging Ceremony, followed by a class outing. More information is linked below.

Friday, May 22, is the final day of school. Junior high students will enjoy a fun morning before dismissal at 11:15 AM.

High School Students

Our High School Year-End Celebration will take place on Friday, May 22, with Baccalaureate Mass at 9:00 AM (students must be in dress code, no spirit wear) and Awards Day for grades 9-12 at 10:00 AM in the John Nett Rec Center in the Gostomski Family Gymnasium. Families are invited to attend. Students will be dismissed following the Awards Day program.

Our Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, May 22, at 6:00 PM in the John Nett Rec Center in the Gostomski Family Gymnasium. All are welcome! 

All events on May 22 will be livestreamed on Cotter's YouTube Channel.
