STEP 1: create facts application account

Go to cotterschools.org/get-started
Enter your email address and create log in information
Click Create an Account

STEP 2: verify your account

You'll find an email from FACTS Family Portal which is active for six hours
Click on the link to verify your account

STEP 3: create new student application

Click Create a New Student Application
Follow the instructions on the screen
You will need to complete this step for every child you are enrolling

STEP 4: check your email for enrollment information

Within 24 to 48 hours you will receive an email from Cotter Schools with enrollment information

STEP 5: set up family tuition plan

Go to cotterschools.org/get-started

If you are enrolling more than 1 student - create a tuition account for your oldest child
Select Skip Payment Plan for your younger children's enrollment. We will automatically add them to your older child's account

To apply for a grant, complete FACTS Grant Aid & Assessment Application
Due date is April 15, 2021
Aid is limited; apply early

Main Square Montessori: 16 months - age 6

Because space at Main Square Montessori is limited, applying for enrollment does not guarantee placement in the program. Siblings of current students will receive the first preference of any opening in the school. Every effort will be made to accept all siblings in an individual family, but this may not be possible due to caps on class sizes. If there are more students who apply than we have spots, enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis.

step 1: Apply online

Fill out an online application
Families who would like to request a paper copy of the application may contact the director at 507-47-6246.

step 2: Attend an informal meeting and observe at main square montessori

Families are invited to observe our environment and get to know the staff.

step 3: wait for contact

After completing first two steps, families will be contacted concerning their admission status.

step 4: fill out enrollment packet

If admitted, families will be asked to fill out an enrollment packet and pay a $35.00 enrollment fee. Information in this packet includes household information, medical information, authorized pick up information, tuition payment contract, a media waiver and other enrollment information.
