Back-to-School Hub

For St. Nicholas students, Preschool and 4K start at 7:45 AM.  Hallway supervision is provided beginning at 7:00 AM for all Preschool and 4K students. If students need to arrive before 7:00 AM, they can sign up in advance for EduCare, which opens at 6:30 AM. All students can receive a free breakfast, which will be served from 7:45-8:15. EduCare is available at St. Nicholas Hall. When dropping off or picking up your child, please take 10th Street, turn left onto Hilbert Street, and use the parking lot or street parking. When exiting, please use Mark Street.

School day hours at St. Luke Hall are 7:45 AM - 2:15 PM. Doors open at 7:00 AM.

Morning Drop-Off: You have two choices for drop-off:

• Main Office Entry: Use the North Parking Lot (Across from the Tennis Courts). Enter near the tennis courts, loop around and then drop off on the sidewalk on your right on the west side of the school or in front of the school. Then exit down Hilbert St. to Howard St. or back onto 7th St. where you originally entered. 
• Back Parking Lot to West Entrance Area: Approaching from the South near St. Nicholas Hall, turn to enter our back parking lot, drop off your child near the back entrance of St. Luke, then proceed past St. Mary’s Church to Broadway Ave. 

Afternoon Pick-Up:

• Grades K-2 will have their car pickup in the north parking lot, across from the tennis courts. If a student in grades 3-6 has a younger sibling, they should report to the younger sibling's location. Once you pick up your child, exit down Hilbert St. to Howard St. or back onto 7th St. where you originally entered. 
• Grades 3-6 students will be picked up in the back of school. Once you have picked up your child, you will then proceed past St. Mary’s church to Broadway Ave. 

School Day Hours – Grades 7–12
The school day for students in Grades 7–12 runs from 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM.

Morning Arrival

• Early Arrival Locations: Students arriving before school should report to the JNR or St. Joseph’s buildings.

• Open Spaces (7:00–8:30 AM): The JNR commons area and weight room will be open. (The gym will open once we have additional supervision)

• Breakfast (7:30–8:35 a.m.): The cafeteria will be open for breakfast. Please use Door 9 (courtyard entrance) to access the cafeteria. Door 1 will remain locked.

• Band Students: Any students arriving early for Band should buzz in at St. Joseph’s Door 1.

• St. Joseph's ARC & WNB Lounge: These spaces will not be available until 7:45 AM.

Late Arrival

• Grades 9–12 arriving after 8:45 AM must check in at the St. Joseph Hall main office.

• Grades 7–8 arriving after 8:45 AM must check in at the St. Teresa Hall main office.

After School

• Students must leave St. Joseph Hall and St. Teresa Hall by 4:00 PM.
• Those needing to stay later must report to the supervised space in the JNR (Junior High Resource area) until 5:00 PM.
