School-Based Health Clinic
Cotter Schools is pleased to partner with Winona Health to bring healthcare services directly to students through the Winona Health School-Based Clinic, located on the Cotter campus. Located on the second floor of the John Nett Recreation Center, the clinic provides FREE and convenient access to medical and counseling services in a familiar and trusted environment.
Students in ECE–Grade 6 must have a parent or guardian present for their appointment. Parents should pick up their student from the front office of the student’s building before the appointment and accompany them to the clinic.

The Winona Health School-Based Clinic offers a variety of healthcare services, including:
- Treatment for minor illnesses and injuries
- Wellness visits and preventive care
- Sports physicals
- Immunizations
- Health education and support
All students with appointments should enter through the main John Nett entrance on Vila Street.

Care available includes: wellness exams, sports physicals, immunizations, medication follow-up, anxiety & depression, ADHD, and acute illness/rashes.

Counseling Services
FREE Counseling services are available through Winona Health. Two Winona Health counselors will serve Cotter students:
- One Winona Health counselor dedicated to students in Kindergarten through Grade 5
- One Winona Health counselor dedicated to students in Grades 6-12
Each counselor will be on campus one full day per week, providing two days of counseling appointments at Cotter each week.
