School Counseling Center

The Cotter Schools Counseling Center provides emotional, academic, social, and problem-solving support. Along with the students, we involve parents, teachers, and administrators in collaboration to support the specific needs of each student.

The School Counseling Center works with students to address social and emotional challenges that may be preventing the students from reaching their potential. Counselors lead individual small group counseling sessions, give classroom presentations on critical issues, teach skills and strategies that help students navigate challenges, and serve as a resource for parents and teachers in supporting student development.
