Alexandra Retter from the Winona Post recently wrote and published a great article on the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts. MCA will continue to offer programming in theater, dance, music and visual arts, Jacque Paulsen, Managing Director, said. “And we offer programming for all ages,” she said.
